As for directions on how to get there: Look at the museum's website or enquire at tourist information once you're in town. An opera glass for looking at the details is often a good idea. Very large collection of costumes from c. 1630 to the present day. Photography permitted (or at least not expressly forbidden). I can wholeheartedly recommend it - IMHO it's the world's most important costume collection.
